Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not remove any tags or we will not be able to accept the item back.
2. Return process:
To make the returns process as easy as possible for you, simply follow the steps on our returns portal . The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items and inspect their condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and in certain circumstances a restocking fee may apply. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the order value when your return is processed and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please indicate your preference when you submit your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned items and inspect their condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or defective items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will investigate the issue and provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We only process cases of damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
6. Return exceptions:
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
